Hi, I’m alyssa lowe

Alyssa Lowe is currently employed in Learning & Development at Inwood National Bank where she oversees all training initiatives for compliance, leadership development, and technology skills. Additionally, Alyssa also administers all employee engagement initiatives and manages full-cycle recruiting & onboarding.

In addition to her full-time employment, Alyssa also serves as an adjunct professor for Southern Methodist University and works as a freelance consultant for Administrative & Organization roles. In her free time, Alyssa holds multiple volunteer positions within Alpha Gamma Delta, the Junior League of Dallas, and previously with the National Association of Campus Activities.

Alyssa’s research is focused on leadership development, and she has led numerous leadership development workshops, courses, and written curriculum for Southern Methodist University, Texas A&M University - Commerce, and Alpha Gamma Delta.

Alyssa completed her Ed.D. in Higher Education with an emphasis in Policy & Leadership at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX in May 2023.
